    OLYMPIA – The state Commission on Judicial Conduct has admonished an Adams County judge for his behavior in a year-old Whitman County hearing. In a six-page admonishment June 24, the commission found that Adams County Superior Court Judge Steve Dixon violated Canons 1 and 2; Rules 1.1, 2.2, 2.3(A) and (B), 2.8 (A) and (B); and the Code of Judicial Conduct.     OTHELLO – An Othello teenager is being held on $1 million bail in connection with the shooting death of a local man. Arturo Pineda-Feliciano, 16, is charged with second-degree murder and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, court records show, noting he may be tried as an adult.     RITZVILLE – The Lind-Ritzville Broncos will have their third head football coach in the last 48 years when practices begin in August. In addition to a new head coach, the sports program will be under the direction of a new athletic director. Brendan Bermea takes over as the third head coach since 1974, replacing Greg Whitmore who accepted the superintendent’s job in the Entiat School District.
