    The annual Bi-County Honor Band and Choir concert will begin at 7 p.m. at the INB Performing Arts Center in Spokane. Family, friends, and community members are encouraged to attend not only to support local student musicians, but also to experience a night of musical engagement.     Leila Bernadine Kayler, 95, died Feb. 25, at the Odessa Memorial Care Center. She was born June 7, 1921, the daughter of Otis Paul Gordon and Avis Maryl Gordon, in Great Falls. Her early childhood years were spent in Okanogan, until moving to Pullman, when she was 12, meeting her first sweetheart, Fred Kayler, who proved to be her life long love.     Emmitt D. Cain died on Feb. 24. He was born July 25, 1957, to Emmitt L. and Flossie Cain. He was raised with wheat and cattle in Hooper. He graduated LaCrosse High School in 1975.     Robert G. Templin, age 93, of Post Falls, died Feb. 28, at the Schneidmiller House in Coeur d’Alene. He was born Sept. 23, 1923, in Ritzville, to August and Elsie (Wellsandt) Templin. He grew up in the Ritzville area and got started in the restaurant business as a 13-year-old boy washing dishes. The family lived on a farm but Bob lived in town during his high school years.
