TAKE NOTICE:

That WHB Trust of Warden, WA,

has filed applications for change/

transfer of water right in order

to add a point of withdrawal,

and change the place of use as

granted under Ground Water

Certificate Nos. 6678-A(B) and

G3-01205(B).

That Ground Water Certificate

No. 6678-A(B) authorizes the

withdrawal of 498 gallons per

minute, 393.5 acre-feet per year,

from February 1 to October 31,

each year, for the irrigation of

157.4 acres.

That the authorized point of

withdrawal is from a well within

SW¼NW¼ of Sec. 13, T. 18 N.,

R. 31 E....
