TAKE NOTICE:

That Warden Hutterian Brethren

of Warden, WA, has made a

seasonal application for change/

transfer of water right in order to

change the point of withdrawal

and change/transfer the place

of use as granted under Ground

Water Certificate G3-01228C.

That Ground Water Certificate

G3-01228C w/chg V1-3-P.276

authorizes the withdrawal of

1200 gallons per minute, 1129

acre-feet per year for the seasonal

irrigation of 480 acres. The

place of use is being the north

660 feet of Section 4, the south

660 feet of the N½ of Section 4,

and the S½ of Section 4, T.18N.,

R.31 E.W.M.

That the authorized point of

withdrawals being two wells

within the N½ Section 4 and

SE¼NW¼ of Section 3, both in

T.18N., R.31 E.W.M.

That they propose to change

the point of withdrawals to one

well in each in the SW¼NW¼

of Section 13, the SE¼NE¼

and SE¼NW¼ of Section 6,

the SW¼NE¼ of Section 2, and

SW¼NW¼ of Section 7, all in

T.18 N., R.31 E.W.M.

That they propose to transfer

364 acres of the original place of

use to irrigation within the SW¼

and E½ of Section 2, the NW¼

Section 5, and Section 6, All in

T18N, R31E.W.M.

All within Adams County, Washington.

of this application must

include a detailed statement of

the basis for objections; protests

must be accompanied by

a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording

fee and filed with the Department

of Ecology, at the address

shown below, within thirty (30)

days from
