Frank Rogan went to be with his Lord, Sunday....Frank A. Rogan born on Nov. 9, 1938 in Skakovci, Yugoslavia, passed away on Jan. 22, 2023. He is survived by two sisters in Slovenia and Germany. Frank was recruited by the US Army at the age of 18. He was a Paratrooper in the 101st Airborne Division. After leaving the Army, Frank traveled cross country doing a variety of work.
