Area swimmers second in Clucky Cup

COLFAX – The St. John-Endicott-LaCrosse-Washtucna swim team took second place overall in the annual Tri-County Swim Meet, also known as the Clucky Cup, on Aug. 6.

The host Colfax Bullsharks won the event with 329 team points.

St. John-Endicott-LaCrosse-Washtucna was second with 321.5 points.

The Pullman Barracudas were third with 283 points and Garfield-Palouse-Oakesdale-Plummer was fourth with 228 points.

Pomeroy finished fifth at 214.5 points.

In girls action, St. John-Endicott-LaCrosse-Washtucna was first with 212.5 points.
