RITZVILLE – Veterans and other volunteers gathered at Ritzville Memorial Cemetery on May 27 to put up U.S. flags for Memorial Day weekend. Volunteers said 188 flags were put up along paths in the cemetery and more than 300 smaller flags were placed at the headstone of veterans.
