Lind-Ritzville's Johnny Ryan throws Iree Goodman of Almira/Coulee-Hartline in the championship bout at 113 pounds. Ryan pinned goodman in 3:25 for the gold medal.

REARDAN - Four Lind-Ritzville wrestlers are headed to the state Mat Classic tournament this Friday and Saturday in the Tacoma Dome.

At 113 pounds, Johnny Ryan won the regional title Saturday and will lead the Broncos into state. Bronze medalists Brandon Davis at 103, Tyson Ramsey at 120 and Douglas Morris at 195 round out the advancing contingent.

Freshman Davis will face Aksel Espeland of Darrington, also a freshman, in the opening round. The winner will advance to face Lozaro Soria of Tonasket.
