SERVICE AWARD. During a legislative reception in Olympia on Feb. 21, Senate Majority Leader Mark Schoesler presented Stephen McFadden with the Adams County Development Council’s 2017 Distinguished Service Award. As the first recipient of the Distinguished Service Award, Schoesler presented the award to McFadden in recognition of his passion, dedication and outstanding professional accomplishments to grow Adams County.
