Ritzville Police Department Reports

Feb. 10, 7:19 p.m. – A traffic stop was made at 10th and Division for a vehicle displaying an improperly filled out trip permit. The driver was cited for no driver’s license and through investigation the registered owner of the vehicle Justin D. Whitney, 35, of Ritzville was issued a criminal citation or violation of trip permit usage/fail to completely fill out the trip permit.
