FFA WEEK

FFA WEEK. The Lind-Ritzville Middle School students ended National FFA Week by competing in multiple events at an assembly on Friday, Feb. 24. One contest included making a sales pitch to judges, explaining why a stuffed pig should be purchased, and (from left) Thomas Rosen, Grace Saint John, Nyleana Bailey and Brynne Nelson won the contest. In celebration of National FFA Week, the students participated in spirit days where they came to school dressed as cowboys, farmers, and in John Deere or Case iH attire and on Friday they honored the organization by dressing in FFA colors; blue and gold. -Journal photo by Haley Roybal
