David G. Weber

David G Weber, 77, died Sept. 5, in Lind. He was born in Ritzville to Jacob and Margaret Weber on April 21, 1939. He attended Ritzville Schools, graduating in 1957.

After graduation, he spent his whole life on the family farm in Ritzville, near Schrag. He traveled throughout the United States as a member of the International Flying Farmers.

Dave served as a 10 year member of the Adams County Fair Board and belonged to the Adams County Cattleman’s Association and Immanuel Lutheran Church in Moses Lake, where he taught Sunday School for many years.

His life was totally devoted to his family and farm. Dave enjoyed attending community events and tinkering with all things mechanical. He considered his nieces and nephews to be very special.

Surviving is his long time best friend and caregiver Billie Forbes, his brother Jake (Alice) Weber and his sister Janice (Alan) Wright; nieces: Ellen (David) Hein, Rebecca Weber, Hillary (Jared) Templin; nephew Steven (Ali) Wright and great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was public and held at Danekas Funeral Home – Ritzville, Friday, Sept. 9, from Noon to 6 p.m. A public Graveside service was held Saturday, Sept. 10, at Lind Cemetery at 12:15 p.m. and followed by a Funeral Service at Lind Community Church at 1 p.m.
