Clarification on mold issue in Ritzville building

As a point of clarification; I did not perform a formal inspection of Mr. Oestreich’s 202 West Main property because this issue is not regulated by the Adams County Health Department.

I simply stopped by to assess the progress of the repair.

Mold, spores and fungi can be a significant health risk, and all owners/landlords need to ensure their buildings have an intact moisture barrier so mold is not a problem.

I congratulate Mr. Oestreich for taking responsibility and making needed repairs.
