LRS track competes at Deer Park Invite

The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague Broncos track and field team traveled to Deer Park on April 1 to compete in the Deer Park Invitational. Both the boys and girls teams placed 14th, with the boys earning 18 points and the girls 24.

Individually, Field racked up points for the Broncos, earning a second place finish, two fifth place finishes and a seventh place placing.

For the girls, Rachel Schell earned second place in the 100-meter race. She also ran a leg of the 4x100-meter relay, with the team placing second, as well as a leg in the third place finishing 4x200-meter relay.
