Washtucna resident’s son qualifies for a track and field trip to Australia

Reaching out from our small town to yours. Washtucna alumnist class of 1992, Joe Maestas who now resides in Nebraska, has an opportunity to send his son Kordell Maestas to Australia. Kordell has a once in a lifetime chance to experience competing internationally. Kordell was selected to be on the Central Conference Track and Field Team. So exciting to see this young man get a chance at a once in a lifetime experience.

So I am asking the community to find it in there hearts to give Kordell a chance to shine. What a great opportunity of a lifetime!
