Clarifications

In regards to the article published on Nov. 19, the proposed ordinance to add a $20 water fee and $20 sewer fee to be connected to the Lind system, this fee would be imposed onto vacant buildings only.

The food donation photo printed in the Nov. 19 issue stated WSU Extension collected the cans, in fact the Wheat Land Communities’ Fair board and Ritzville Rodeo Association board set up the donations of canned goods in replacement of a ticket price during the annual fair....
