Dinner, program at Ralston Grange May 27

The Ralston Grange is hosting a dinner and program at the hall in Ralston on Wednesday, May 27. The event is open to the public, and the men of the Grange cook the dinner. The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and is followed by a program about exchange student programs.

Local representatives from two student exchange programs, AFS-USA and EducationFirst, will be on hand as well as the students they sponsored this year.

Liz Smith with EF and Paul McAnally with AFS will highlight some of their programs features, while the students and host families will share some of the experiences they have had this year.

Any families who have thought about hosting an exchange student in the future are encouraged to attend. Men who can help fix the dinner are asked to be at the hall by 6 p.m.

This annual event includes a gift for each woman attending, as well as a drawing for a gift certificate with everyone attending eligible. Facebook followers of the Grange are also eligible to win a prize.

After the program and a short break, the Grange will hold its final meeting until fall. Ralston Grange meetings are open to anyone who would like to attend.
