Broncos play Medical Lake in non-league match

The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague Broncos tennis team enjoyed a non-league match against Medical Lake on April 21.

Leading the Broncos’ charge in the matches were Travis Ste. Marie and Mark Wilbers. Both athletes have shown dramatic improvement from the beginning of the season and are remaining competitive in league.

Ste. Marie won the No.1 singles match easily, and Wilbers had the same success in the No. 2 singles match.

In the No. 1 doubles match, Kyle Canaday and Alex Wheeler had a tight match, but managed to earn the win. Zeth Swanger and Michael Wheeler lost a hard-fought No. 2 doubles match aft...
