Ritzville City Council begins interlocal agreement with Washtucna

During the Ritzville City Council meeting on April 7, the council discussed street closures, allocation of monies and parking in downtown.

Kylie Fullmer, director of the Ritzville Public Library, went before council with a request for additional parking spaces for library patrons. Currently the library has one 15-minute parking space in front of the library.

The requested spaces were the two spaces directly in front of the library on Main Street, the two spaces on Adams Street beside the library to be made into 30-minute parking during library hours. The third space on Adams closest to the all...
