Hospital is vital to the community

First of all I want to thank everyone for their prayers and continued support of Gary’s health issues. He is in therapy and I see progress being made every day, even though it is very slow. Your flowers, gifts, cards, and phone calls have all been passed on to him, and we are both very thankful for your support.

The main reason for my writing this letter is in support of the hospital in our community. The ambulance was at our house within minutes, the staff at the hospital did a wonderful job. What they didn’t know, they called and found out about. And, he was in surgery in Spokane in a short amount of time due to the helicopter, and I am here to tell you, they saved his life.

We simply cannot do without this hospital, it will never be a big hospital—but it serves a purpose we all need.

Voting is a privilege and I cannot express how important this issue is. I know it is an added burden on your tax bill, but there are some things you cannot afford to be without.
