LRS baseball eliminated by Gorillas

The LRS Broncos’ baseball season came to an abrupt end Tuesday afternoon when they were defeated in their first round of district play by the Davenport Gorillas, 4-2.

Tyler Frederick was the starting pitcher for the Broncos.

Blake Hunter recorded a double in the game.

The Broncos finish the season with an overall record of 9-7. They were 8-4 in Northeast 2B League play.
