Hartz receives EWU Presidential Scholarship

Dylan Hartz, from Ritzville, has been awarded a Presidential Scholarship of $3,000 for the 2013-14 academic year at Eastern Washington University.

The Presidential Scholarship is awarded to high school seniors with a 3.8 or higher cumulative GPA, a 1250 or higher SAT, or 28 or higher ACT score.

Hartz currently plans to major in accounting at EWU.

A senior at Lind-Ritzville High School, Hartz is a three-sport athlete and an active member of FFA and National Honor Society.

He is the son of George and Julie Hartz of Ritzville.
