YARD OF THE MONTH

Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce past president John Kragt (right) presented Rose Garden Estates director Carol Newton with the Yard of the Month award for the month of February. Rose Gardens Estates was selected as the recepient of the award for continually decorating the center and the yard with holiday decor.
