Grange sets Christmas party

The 83rd annual Ralston Grange Christmas Party is being held on Sunday, Dec. 15, to kickoff the holiday season with a celebration at the Ralston Grange Hall. The party is a yearly tradition that helps community members get into a festive mood for the upcoming holiday.

The evening begins with a potluck at 5 p.m., followed by a program, where children are encouraged to participate. The program is a mesh of children reciting, performing musical numbers or dancing, and children can choose what they would like to perform. Adults and families are also welcome to perform.

A special visit from Santa Claus concludes the evening’s festivities and parents are asked to bring a small present for him to give to the children.

Children will receive candy bags and adults will get popcorn balls, and door prizes will be awarded to everyone who has their name drawn.

For more information, or to sign up to perform during the event, contact Randy Roth by email at [email protected] or evenings at 659-0893.
