A semi truck from Stahl Hutterian Brethren Farms unloads hard red winter wheat at the Schrag Elevator’s ground storage. The elevator is owned and operated by Gavilon Grain, LLC’s Union Elevator based in Lind. Rain last Thursday and Friday shut down harvest in the area for most farms. Crews were back in the fields in some areas on Monday and in most locations by Tuesday.
