Author’s books nominated for awards

David Michaelson has three books being named as finalists in the annual awards competition by the Military Writer’s Society of America.

The awards are announced at a convention in Dayton, Ohio, at the end of September.

The three books receiving nominations are a children’s book titled “Butterfly Dust,” the humorous book “Rapscallion Summer,” and the action/adventure story “Brothers Lost.”

Michaelson’s book “Butterfly Dust” has also been named and listed on the Summer Recommended Reading List.
