Opening day golf scramble successful

The opening day scramble at the Ritzville Municipal Golf Course on Sunday, April 21, proved successful despite the weather conditions. Thirty-four participants took to the course to participate in the annual event to play an 18-hole game.

The teams consisted of six, four-person teams and two, five-person teams.

The team earning a first place finish consisting of team members John Kragt, Greg Galbreath, Mark Weigand, Gerry Schoesler and Jerry Crossler.
