Gridiron Memories - Players needed for alumni football game

The first-ever alumni football game has been scheduled in Ritzville on Saturday, May 25, in conjunction with the annual Ritzville Alumni weekend. Spearheaded by Darin Danekas, the full-pads “Ritzville Glory Days” game kicks off on Jimmie Snider Field at noon and the group is still in need of players.

Any Ritzville or Lind alumni who graduated after 2008 and participated in high school football is welcome to join the alumni squad. The registration and equipment for the event is provided through the Alumni Athletics USA organization, and the team must have 80 individuals registered at $95 apiece...
