The Ritzville Festivals Association is hosting a Penny Auction on Saturday, Nov. 3. The event takes place in the Zion Philadelphia Church’s social room and doors open at 11 a.m.
Winners are announced at 1 p.m. and the Ritzville Festivals Association is serving a lunch.
Zion Philadelphia Church is located at 301 East Broadway in Ritzville.
