Fall food drive begins this week

Adams County Public Hospital District No. 2 is beginning the annual fall food drive for the Ritzville Food Pantry on Nov. 1 to Nov. 14. Ambulances will be driving around town the evenings of Nov. 5 and Nov. 6 from 5-6 p.m. to collect donations from any community members that would like to donate.

Residents should watch for the flashing lights of the ambulance or leave the donation on the front steps for pick up.

The schedule for the ambulances will be Nov. 5, First Street through 11th Street, and Fairway Avenue, and Nov. 6 from Main Street to Fir Street.

Donations are also accepted in the hospital lobby or individuals requiring assistance can call 659-5404 to have the donations picked up.
