CANDIDATE PROFILE-Commissioner District No. 1: Incumbent Rudy Plager

When ballots hit mailboxes this weekend, voters in Adams County will be asked to make a decision on who will lead the county during the next four years. Veteran District No. 1 commissioner Rudy Plager believes he is the right man for the job, supported by his tenure and his track record.
