Journal office closed for state newspaper convention, awards

The Ritzville Adams County Journal office is closed on Thursday, Sept. 27, and Friday, Sept. 28, for the staff to attend the 125th anniversary of the Washington Newspaper Publishers Association (WNPA) convention.

Staff members will participate in a number of seminars and trainings during the event. They will also attend the annual Better Newspaper Contest Awards. Several members of the staff will receive awards for their work during the past year.
