Washtucna Classic Car Show winners

Car enthusiasts and local community members strolled through the ball field during the seventh annual Washtucna Classic Auto Show and enjoyed a good meal on Saturday.

The Civil War Artillery demonstrations ever hour performed by the Keystone Battery A and the First Michigan Light Artillery group kept spectators entertained as the cannon fire echoed throughout the hillside.

Cathy Jo’s Catering served pulled pork sandwiches while the Washtucna High School senior class sold pretzels, hot dogs and snacks.

The show ended earlier than expected because of inclement weather but still proved to be a successful event. There were 13 categories that awards were presented in during the event.
