Free seminar for seniors on living healthy

Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington is inviting all seniors to attend a free seminar on living healthy, medication management, and disease prevention.

The H.E. Gritman Senior Center is hosting the living healthy seminar on May 17 at 10:30 a.m. The Center is located at 118 West Main Avenue.

The Lind Senior Center is hosting the same seminar on May 17, at 1-2:30 p.m. The Lind Senior Center is located at 117 North I Street.

Ina O’Connor, R.N. is going to be at the events to answer questions and listen to concerns.
