NEW RESTAURANT

NEW RESTAURANT. Construction crews are working in overdrive to complete the remodeling and painting of the former Perkins restaurant in preparation for the opening of the Ritz Roadhouse. The new restaurant is expected to open some time in May. The owners have been busy hiring employees, going over final menu details and supervising an intense remodel project. They recently unveiled the logo for the new restaurant, shown above.
