ZP Church and Pet Rescue sponsor walk

Zion Philadelphia United Church of Christ and Adams County Pet Rescue is hosting the second annual Tail Waggin’ Walk on May 6 at 2 p.m. The event begins with a blessing of the animals at the Zion Philadelphia UCC and then the group goes to the Ritzville Path.

The path is approximately 2.1 miles and anyone is welcome to join, with or without a pet. At the Wheat Land Communities’ Fairgrounds, there is a photo opportunity for owners and their pets to have a photo taken.

A free-will offering is taken at the event and all donations given for the pet photos goes to support the Pet Rescue. Water for walkers and animals is provided and golf carts are available.
