Sheriff Posse sponsors poker ride

The Adams County Sheriff Posse is sponsoring a Poker Ride fundraiser on Saturday, April 28 at the Bar U Ranch in Washtucna. All funds from the event are used for the purchase of new equipment for Adams County Sheriff Posse, Search and Rescue.

All riders must be pre-registered by April 28. The first rider on the ride leaves at 9 a.m. and the last rider leaves by 12 p.m. with an estimated ride time between three and four hours.

For riders who pre-register by April 21, the cost is $10 per rider, which includes one poker hand, and $5 for each additional poker hand. Riders that register from April...
