Avista to talk lightbulbs at chamber luncheon

A representative from Avista is the program speaker today during the Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce’s General Membership Luncheon at Casuela’s at 12 p.m.

The program focuses on energy efficiency and how the proper lightbulbs contribute. Changes in the lightbulb industry and incentives are to be discussed during the program.
