Student scholarship available for community involvement

The Association of Washington Cities (AWC) Center for Quality Communities Scholarship will be awarding four $1,000 scholarships for high school seniors who are actively involved in their community and want to pursue post-secondary education. The Ritzville City Council has decided to support this scholarship and allow students the opportunity to apply.
