There was no scoring blow out this weekend for the Lind-Ritzville/Sprague Broncos. But there was victory, a sweet victory over rival Reardan on the Indians’ home field Friday night.

The league powerhouses and longtime rivals met in a classic match up that results in a nailbiting finish ending in the Broncos favor.

Injuries, bumps and brusies had the Broncos limping a bit during the game. Head coach Greg Whitmore was particularly pleased with the first drive of the game – which ultimately would be LRS’ only score.
