Winter hours to begin for Ritzville library

New winter hours will begin at the Ritzville Public Library on Monday, Nov. 7. The library will then be open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday the library will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with no evening hours and on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The public library is closed on Sundays....
