Harvest celebration set for Oct. 8 in Lind

All are encouraged to gather together in celebration of this year’s harvest on Saturday, Oct. 8, at Lind Community Park beginning at 4 p.m. The two-hour program includes a barbecue, games and music.

The barbecue will consist of hot dog, chips and a drink (water or soda). All meals will be provided for a donation with those directly involved in the harvest receiving their meal free.

Games will be available for children and music will be provided by Lind Community Church.

If the weather is inclement, the celebration will be held at Lind Community Church.
