One charged in two-vehicle accident

Local emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle accident at U.S. 395 and Highway 26 Sunday afternoon. Vincent A. Deliso, 87, of Pasco, was southbound in a 1995 Oldsmobile Cierra on Pence Road and failed to stop at a stop sign at 3:13 p.m.

A 2008 Hyundai Accent driven by Patricia K. Mundell, 51, of Everett, struck Deliso’s vehicle. Both vehicles were totaled and impounded to B and B Towing.

Deliso was transported to Othello Community Hospital. Mundell and her passenger, David Mundell, 54, of Lake Stevens, were treated and released at the scene. All were wearing their seatbelts, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Deliso was charged for failure to yield right-of-way.
