    The Caring Neighbors board recently donated $1,000 to the Ritzville Downtown Development Association.     In less than ideal weather conditions, the Lind-Ritzville/Sprague Broncos tennis team faced Odessa-Harrington to begin league competition. The team started in Harrington where they matched up against Odessa-Harrington and a single Colfax athlete on March 28.   • Lind-Ritzville High School’s greenhouse is now operational

    After slowly chipping away at the project for nearly two years, the Lind-Ritzville High School now has an operational greenhouse for students to use for agricultural courses. The Lind-Ritzville FFA Alumni purchased the greenhouse building and a donation from the Adams County Commissioners helped get the groundwork going on the project.     Horse drawn carriages are a thing of the past ending their 300-year run in the early 20th century. Tom Strohmaier of Lind has creatively taken the iron pieces from carriages and buggies and welded them together, bringing the iron back to life in giant sculptures.
