COLFAX-The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague Broncos saw their season slip away with a 12-11 loss against the Kettle Falls Bulldogs on Thursday, May 2.
The Broncos held an early lead in the game before the Bulldogs came crawling back to tie the game late.
In the final inning, the Broncos were ahead by a run, then, disaster struck.
Lind-Ritzville would allow Kettle Falls to score key runs in their final at-bats, including a walk off base hit from the Bulldogs to advance them in the tournament, and knock the Broncos out.
