Ritzville — The Adams County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office reported the following individuals in custody from April 1-8:

April 1

Randy Harkey, 67, arrested for felony driving while under the influence. Booked into the Benton County Jail.

April 5

Terry Cissne, 50, arrested for second-degree theft and odometer disconnecting. He was booked into the Franklin County Jail.

Jose Contreras-Gutierrez, 23, arrested for second-degree burglary, two counts of third-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespassing. He was booked into the Franklin County Jail.

April 8

Nicholas Dale Kuest, 28, arrested for attempting to elude, third-degree driving while license revoked, providing a false statement and reckless endangerment. Booked into the Franklin County Jail.
