TAKE NOTICE:

That Kagele Acres Inc. of Odessa,

WA, has made application

for SEASONAL change/transfer

of water right in order to add one

point of withdrawal and change

a portion of the place of use as

granted under Ground Water

Certificate No. 6830-A.

That Ground Water Certificate

No. 6830-A authorizes the withdrawal

of 2200 gallons per minute,

2560 acre-feet per year,

each year, from March 1 to

November 1, for irrigation of 640

acres; and 1 acre-foot per year,

during entire year, for domestic

supply.

That the authorized point of

withdrawal is from a well located

within the SW¼NE¼ of Section

6, T. 20 N.,

R. 31 E.W.M., Adams County,

WA.

That the authorized place of use

is within the E½ and W½ of Section

6, T. 20 N., R. 31 E.W.M.,

Adams County, WA and Section

1, T. 20 N., R. 30 E.W.M., Grant

County, WA.

That they propose to add one

point of withdrawal to the S½

of Section 24, T. 21 N., R. 31

E.W.M., Lincoln County, WA.

That they propose to change a

portion of the place of use to the

S½ of Section 24, T. 21 N., R.

31 E.W.M., Lincoln County, WA.

All within Adams, Grant and

Lincoln Counties, Washington.

of this application must include

a detailed statement of the basis

for objections; protests must be

accompanied by a fifty-($50.00)

dollar recording fee and filed with

the Department of Ecology, at

the address shown below, within
