NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

TWO (2) GROUND WATER SUPERSEDING CERTIFICATES

TAKE NOTICE:

That Pants Mountain Properties LLC of Odessa, WA, has made applications for change/transfer of water right in order to change the points of withdrawal and a portion of the place of use as granted under Superseding Ground Water Certificate Nos. 5949-A(A) and 6015-A(A).

That Adjudicated Superseding

Ground Water Certificate No. 5949-A(A) authorizes the withdrawal of 300 gallons per minute, 360 acre-feet per year from February 1 to November 30, each year, for the irrigation of 240 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is from a well located within the SW¼SE¼ of Section 15, T. 20 N.,

R. 32 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is 120 acres within the SW¼ of Section 15 and 120 acres within the NW¼ of Section 22, T. 20 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.

That Adjudicated Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. 6015-A(A) authorizes the withdrawal

of 750 gallons per minute, 807.75 acre-feet per year from February 1 to November 30, each year, for the irrigation of 360 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is from a well located within the S½SW¼ of Section 15, T. 20 N., R. 32 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is 120 acres within the SW¼ of Section 15 and 240 acres within the N½ of Section 22, T. 20 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.

That they propose to change the point of withdrawal to the SW¼SW¼ of Section 14, T. 19 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That they propose to change a portion of the place of use for both water rights to the NW¼ of Section 14, T. 19 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

All within Adams County, Washington.

of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from
