for lease by sealed bid a parcel of land containing approximately

fifteen (15) acres located in S.33, T.15n, R15N, R.36 EWM. The property has a center pivot used to apply effluent from the town’s sewer systems lagoons when necessary.

The property has a metal, open-faced 30’x40’ building for use by successful bid holders. The property must be used for Vegetative Management with Livestock. No potable water is at the site.
