Ten-Year Lease Term

Department of Natural Resources

(DNR) offers for lease at

Sealed Bid Public Auction a

tract of land containing approximately

640 acres, described as

all of Section 16, Township 17

North, Range 34 East, W. M.,

Adams County EXCEPT that

portion known as the Milwaukee

Road corridor, the management

and control of which was

transferred to the State Parks

and Recreation Commission

though RCW 79A.05.120. The

lease contains 184.55 dryland

agriculture acres. Crop share

division rent is 28.24%, (including

the value for leasehold tax).

See proposed lease for rental

terms for 131.07 acres CRP and

322.18 acres Grazing. There is

no legal access to dryland ag and

CRP portions of premises. Lease

covenants may be examined at

the Adams County Courthouse in

Ritzville, DNR Southeast Region

Office located at 713 Bowers

Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926, or

the office of the Commissioner

of Public Lands, Olympia, WA.

Sealed Bid Auction will be held

at DNR’s Southeast Region office

on March 22, 2024 at 2:00
